2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

When you register a zzok account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. zzok operates a strict one account per person policy. You may not open more than one account using the same identity, address, device, IP address, or payment method. If zzok detects duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

  • You must not share your zzok account with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account.
  • Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

4 Deposits

All deposits on zzok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. zzok does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via international payment methods. Deposits are credited to your zzok account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

  • The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 per transaction.
  • The maximum deposit amount per transaction is subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) and any limits applied to your zzok account.
  • zzok does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your zzok account balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
  • zzok reserves the right to request verification of a deposit method before processing any withdrawal to that method.

Note: Only deposit funds that belong to you. zzok does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the account reviewed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your zzok account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in BDT. zzok aims to process all withdrawal requests within ten minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 per transaction.
  • Before a withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified and any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met.
  • zzok does not charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider charges, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
  • zzok reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. This may extend processing time in individual cases.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • If a withdrawal is declined due to failed verification, zzok will notify you by email with the reason and the steps required to resolve the issue.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

zzok offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
  • Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

  • zzok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses that have been obtained through abuse, exploitation of errors, or in breach of these Terms.
  • Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.

Bonus Abuse: zzok uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between players. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and balances reviewed.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on zzok are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is independently verified and published on the game's information page. zzok does not alter game outcomes and all results are determined solely by the certified RNG.

  • Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. zzok does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical fault.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection or server error — zzok will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to your account balance.
  • Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes bots, automated betting scripts, and exploit techniques.
  • zzok reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension & Closure

zzok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
  • Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zzok will attempt to contact you before any dormant account action is taken.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, zzok will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome by email. If the suspension is confirmed, any balance in the account at the time of suspension may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

10 Responsible Gaming
